Twenty years ago, Rayven Johnson, a five-year-old army brat, witnesses a Reaper murder her parents on a military commuter train.

As the sole survivor, the FBI sends her to South Korea, where she’s adopted by Don Choi, her father’s best friend, and KATSUA.

Years later, Rayven discovers that the stuffed animal her father gave her all those years ago was a decoy.

Seeing this as a sign, she returns to America to find the Reaper and becomes a bounty hunter.
