This Privacy Policy applies to your access and use of all products and services that are made available through the Rayven Choi Multimedia d/b/a Shero Comics located at sherocomics.com (the “Site”), and is incorporated into and is subject to our Terms of Use (the “Terms”). Capitalized terms that are not defined in the Privacy Policy have the meaning given to them in the Terms.

This Privacy Policy applies to Personal Information collected on the Site and offline. It describes the Personal Information that we gather from you, how we use and disclose your information, and the steps we take to protect your information. The Personal Information that We Collect Directly

When you visit the Site you may provide to us or our third party partners Personal Information This includes Personal Information such as name, email address, mailing address, mobile phone number, age, as well financial information, such as your credit or debit card, financial account information, and other similar types of information. At our events, we may ask for you to scan bar code so that you can join our newsletter or email list. If you do provide us with Personal Information, we will use, store, disclose and share that information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. OUR COMMITMENT TO CHILDREN’S PRIVACY:

This Site is controlled and operated by Rayven Choi MultiMedia d/b/a Shero Comics in the United States. Our Platform is directed only to U.S. consumers for products and services of Shero Comics in the United States. Our Platform is not directed to consumers outside of the U.S. Personal Information we maintain may be stored in or outside of the United States. If you live outside of the United States, you understand and agree that we may transfer your personal information to the United States. This Platform is intended for use in the United States and is subject to the laws of the United States, which may not provide the same level of protections as those in your own country.

By accessing or using our Site you agree to this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy may change from time to time and minor changes will take effect when posted. Since we update this Policy from time to time, we recommend that you review it regularly. If we make any material or key changes to the Privacy Policy, we will notify you, as required by law.

DO NOT TRACK DISCLOSURES:

Some browsers have “do not track” features that allow you to tell a website not to track you across websites. These features are not all uniform. While we continue to evaluate this evolving technology, we do not currently respond to those signals.
